KAHUHA MAKES A COMEBACK AFTER 3 MONTHS BREAK

By Chris Mutuku (September 29, 2022)

Esther Kahuha or Madam President as known to her audience who enjoy every bit of her work is back with yet another episode of ‘Man made woman’.

After a success in the previous shows, the stand up comedy directed by Dennis Ndenga and produced by Ivy Esther Wanjiku, will be back in the Kenya Cultural Centre on this October 15th.

Judging from the first, second, and third episodes of the show which saw her manage to fill the Kenya National Theatre's Ukumbi mdogo, it is with no doubt that, the audience expect nothing but to crack their ribs once again after a break of almost three months.

Her story telling skills seem to have won the hearts of these young and old comedy lovers.

Speaking to some of the people who have managed to attend all of her previous shows, they confirm to us that her idea of sharing what we believe is her personal experience or of a fictional character known to her, through comedy works magic to them.

“ It is a good way to relieve the pressure of navigating through the busy city, this is where my friends and I find refuge”, shared Mutuku.

In one of her episodes, she shares an hilarious dating experience only known to herself until then.

One memorable experience is when she once dated a guy who worker at a printing firm and she could work at the firm as one of the ways to spend  romantic time with by then her lover.

The real life scenario she shares on stage about her life as a young woman trying to navigate the world and make a future for herself is tremendous.

It is with no doubt that the fourth episode of ‘Man made woman is going to be bigger and better.

“We are doing it bigger and better than the other one”, Kahuha shared.

With the theme of the upcoming show being ‘Saints and sinner’, all we can do is wait and see what this unstoppable lady has in store for her audience.
